Understanding the Now Screen

The Now screen (Home) is the first view you see when you open the app. It offers a snapshot of key metrics and features, making it easy to get familiar with the app.

From here, you can access Settings to customize your experience, track your current stress, log a check-in, adjust vibrations, view key metrics, and more.

Header: Settings and Device Details

Through the home screen header you can access the following:

  • Settings screen: Customize your preferences and view important personal details. To access Settings tap the gear icon in the top left corner of the home screen.

  • Device details screen: It is represented in the shape of a watch icon in the top right corner of the home screen and you can tap to access this screen. The watch icon displays your device's battery percentage and its connectivity status in a simple view.

    • A green circle on the watch icon means you are connected.

    • A red circle indicates that the app is not connected to the device.

Stress Gauge Overview

In this section, you'll see the Stress Gauge for the last hour, showing either more or less reactive states. To view the full graph, tap the Stress Gauge line chart to access the Timeline screen, or tap Timeline at the bottom of the app.

You’ll also find a Check-In button that allows you to quickly log how you’re feeling in the moment.

Empty states

You may not always see your Stress Gauge data immediately when opening the app, as it can take a few minutes to sync. Don’t worry—the app will keep you informed with pop-up messages at the top of the screen.

Below are the different states you might see:

  • Not connected and no data – The device isn't connected, and no data is available yet.

  • Connected, no Stress Gauge, updated Stress Gauge label – The app is currently syncing or the Stress Gauge is still being calculated. Data should appear within a few minutes.

  • Short syncing (2–5 seconds) – A brief syncing period while the app updates your data.

  • Connected, no Stress Gauge, ready in a few days – Stress Gauge is not yet available for your profile but will become visible in the coming days.

Vibrations

You can set up vibrations to stay connected with yourself and prioritize your well-being. There are two types of vibrations: Random and Prolonged Stress. To set them up, tap 'Vibrations' on the right side of the screen.

  • Prolonged Stress Vibrations: Get a gentle reminder after 5 to 20 minutes of continuous stress, prompting you to take a moment to reset. You can customize the duration to your needs.

  • Random Vibrations: Receive gentle prompts 3 to 9 times a day at random intervals, encouraging you to pause and check in with how you're feeling.

Vitals

Below your Stress Gauge overview, you'll find four vital cards offering a quick snapshot of your well-being. These cards display key metrics that you can tap to view in detail on the Timeline screen:

Note that the colours of your vital cards are in line with your Stress Gauge state.
