Activity Feature
The Activity feature is a habit tracker tailored for physical activities.
You can improve your workouts with insight into heart-related metrics and the option to receive a vibration when:
your Heart Rate exceeds a threshold and, or
you enter a specific Heart Rate Zone.
For recorded activities, you will typically find

Activities Detection
We detect walking, cycling, and running. Nevertheless, we advise that you manually record any activity you want to track, and not rely solely on activity detection.
What activities can you log?
While primarily designed for tracking physical activities, you can also use the Activity feature to log an event such as a meeting to better contextualise your data in the Timeline.
