Check-in reminders

You can set up two types of vibrations to remind you to log a Check-in:

Random vibrations
Prolonged Stress vibrations

You can enable one or both types in the app. Learn about them and how to set them up in this article.

Alarm

When your alarm goes off, your watch will vibrate for up to one minute. Learn more about the Alarm feature.

Starting or ending an activity

Your watch vibrates when:

You start an activity by double-pressing the crown or via the Now tab in the app
You end an activity from the app or when using the crown

Heart rate threshold during a live activity

While tracking a live activity, your watch will vibrate when your heart rate reaches or exceeds your selected zone threshold.

Rebooting your watch

When does the watch not vibrate

Step count

The device will not vibrate when you reach a step count milestone. This is intentional.
