How alarm vibrations differ from other vibrations
Alarm vibrations are continuous and last for a full minute. This makes them easy to distinguish from Random or Prolonged Stress vibrations, which are shorter and follow specific patterns.
If you’re unsure whether your alarm is working correctly or think you might be confusing it with other vibrations, temporarily disable Random and Prolonged Stress vibrations and test the alarm again.
What to do if your alarm doesn’t go off
Ensure the alarm is set for the correct weekday and time.
If it is, delete any existing alarms from all phones that have ever been connected to your NOWATCH, including old or unused devices.
Set a new alarm in the app on your current phone.
