The Beta group gives you early access to new and experimental features before they’re released to the wider public. By joining, you help shape the future of NOWATCH—your feedback allows us to refine functionality and improve the overall experience.
Please note that beta features may be unstable and subject to change. Access is granted upon approval, and we aim to review all requests within 30 days.
How to request Beta access
Open the app and go to the Now tab.
Tap the Settings gear icon (top left corner).
Select Request BETA .
Please note that Beta requests may take up to 14 days to be reviewed and approved.
How to report an issue or submit feedback
Once your request is approved, if you notice a bug or unexpected behavior:
Shake your phone while the NOWATCH app is open.
A pop-up will appear. Choose one option:
Report a bug
Suggest an improvement
Ask a question
Confirm your email address and add a short description.
A screenshot will be attached automatically.
You can also upload screen recordings or files from your gallery.
Tap the paper plane icon (top right) to send your feedback.
Your message will go directly to our Technical Team, and our Customer Care team will follow up if needed.
We’ll also receive your operating system details , which are important for investigating bugs and other software-related issues.
Why your operating system details matter
Your operating system information helps our team:
Understand your device environment (iOS or Android and the version you’re using).
See which app and firmware versions are installed on your device.
Check for known issues related to specific system versions.
Investigate bugs more accurately and resolve issues faster.
Including this information from the start helps us reduce back-and-forth and resolve your issue more quickly.
If possible, adding screenshots or a short description of what you’re experiencing will also help us assist you faster.
