How the flow should be
- Download the NOWATCH app and sign up using a valid email address and a secure password.
- Check your inbox for a verification email from NOWATCH and confirm your email address.
- Return to the app and log in to your account.
Issues when verifying your email address
After creating your account, you'll receive an email asking you to verify your email address.
This step is required before you can log in or reset your password — it helps keep your account secure.
If you can't find the verification email:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder — it sometimes ends up there.
- Make sure you're checking the inbox of the email address you used to register.
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox if it hasn't arrived yet.
Resetting your password
Once your email address is verified, you can reset your password directly from the login screen:
- Open the NOWATCH app and tap Forgot password? on the login screen.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Tap the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
