How to delete your data from the NOWATCH device

If you’re gifting your NOWATCH to someone else or no longer plan to use it, you’ll need to perform a factory reset. This will permanently remove all data stored on the device.

Steps to factory reset your NOWATCH

1. Fully close the NOWATCH app.

2. Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings and forget your NOWATCH device.

3. Place your NOWATCH on the charger.

4. Press and hold the crown.

5. You’ll feel a vibration pattern.

6. Keep holding the crown and count 15 seconds after the final vibration before releasing it.

   • This ensures the reset process completes successfully.

   • Important: You must experience the full vibration pattern. Releasing the crown too early will prevent the reset from completing.

How to delete your data from the app

If you’d also like to remove your data from the app, you’ll need to delete your account:

1. Open the Now tab.

2. Tap Settings (gear icon in the top left).

3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.

4. Delete the app from your phone.

This will permanently remove your stored data from the app.
