The NOWATCH serial number is a unique code assigned to your individual device. It allows our team to accurately identify your watch for support, warranty, or service purposes.
Why it matters
Your serial number helps to:
Distinguish your device from others, even if they are the same model
Assist with troubleshooting, especially for connectivity issues
Support warranty claims, repairs, returns, and service requests
Where to find your serial number
On your device:
You’ll find the serial number engraved on the back of your NOWATCH case.
In the app:
Open the Now tab.
Tap the Device Details icon (watch-shaped icon in the top right corner).

Your serial number will be displayed there, as long as you're connected to the app.
