The watch hands are stuck or not moving

Ensure your NOWATCH B isn't running out of battery

Charge your watch as displayed in this article to ensure it has enough battery.

Reboot your watch to fix the watch hands issue

1. Force-close the NOWATCH app.
2. While wearing the watch, press and hold the crown of your device for about 15 seconds until it vibrates.
3. Check the watch hands once more and, if needed, repeat the time calibration process shared below.

Time calibration process

1. Open the app, and ensure you're connected.
2. Tap the watch icon (Device Details) on the Now tab. 
3. Tap Set the time.
4. Under the Set Hour Hand to Noon screen, rotate the dial with your hand until the hour hand points to 12:00.
   • Tip: Look at your watch while rotating the dials to see the watch hands respond.
5. Under the Set Minute Hand screen, rotate the dial until the minute hand points to 12:00.

Done! Your watch hands should now display your phone’s current time.
