The watch hands do not move to the 12:00 position when placed on the charger

If your NOWATCH hands do not move to the 12:00 position when placed on the charger, the watch is likely not positioned correctly and isn't charging.

Follow the steps below to ensure proper placement.

How to place your NOWATCH correctly on the charger

1. Position the crown correctly: Place your NOWATCH on the charger with the crown (external button) positioned opposite the charging cable.

2. Align the straight edges: Make sure the straight edge on the back of the watch aligns with the straight edge on the charger. The watch should sit flat against the charger.

3. Check for a secure fit: When positioned correctly:

   • The watch should feel secure and stable

   • You should not be able to rotate or move the watch on the charger

   • The watch hands will move to the 12:00 (noon) position
