In this article, you’ll find instructions on how to charge your NOWATCH B, details about its battery life, and guidance on how to wear it correctly for accurate data tracking.
How to charge your NOWATCH B
NOWATCH B comes with a lightweight magnetic charger.
Here’s how to charge the watch correctly:
- Place your NOWATCH on the charger with the crown (button) opposite the charging cable.
- The watch hands will move to the 12:00 position, indicating it's charging.
- Charging takes about 3 hours. Since there’s no indicator for when it’s fully charged, remove the watch from the charger after 3 hours and check the battery percentage in the app (top-right of the Now tab).
If the watch hands don’t move to the 12:00 position when placed on the charger, check that the watch can’t be rotated on the charger. If it’s correctly positioned and still nothing happens, please contact Customer Support.
NOWATCH B battery life
Your NOWATCH lasts between 3 and 5 days, depending on your usage. If you wear it while sleeping, we recommend charging it every 3–4 days to ensure continuous tracking.
- The watch hands on the NOWATCH B stay synced with your phone. If the watch's battery runs out, the hands will stop moving as well — this is expected behavior.
How to wear your NOWATCH B
Make sure to wear your NOWATCH just above your wrist bone—closer to your elbow, not your hand—and adjust the strap so it fits snugly. This helps the sensors at the back of the watch maintain good contact with your skin for the most accurate measurements.
The crown should always point toward the 8 o’clock position, regardless of which wrist you wear it on.
