Why is my Reactivity Monitor chart empty in the Timeline?
Your Reactivity Monitor becomes available once enough data has been collected. This usually takes between 5 and 7 days, as long as you wear your NOWATCH for at least 6 hours per day.
After this initial period, the system continues to calibrate and refine your data over the next 60 days for more accurate insights.
Important: Prolonged Stress vibrations can only be enabled once your Reactivity Monitor is active and displaying data. Until then, this option will remain unavailable.
If your chart is still empty, ensure:
You’ve been wearing your NOWATCH consistently (at least 6 hours daily).
-
You haven’t experienced data gaps.
Make sure the green LED sensors on the back light up when the watch is on your wrist. If they don’t, follow the sensor troubleshooting steps in this article.
If the sensors are lighting up but you have data gaps, please check out this article for tips to ensure accurate tracking.
