If you can't connect your phone to a new NOWATCH, learn the steps to prepare before pairing and how to get your new watch connected and tracking.

Before switching NOWATCH devices
Please note that during the transition, temporary data gaps may appear in the app.
A factory reset is not required for this process.
Step 1: Prepare your new NOWATCH device
Make sure your new NOWATCH is charged.
Keep it nearby.
Ensure Bluetooth is turned on on your phone.
Step 2: Unpair the old NOWATCH device
Access the NOWATCH app's Device Details screen
Tap Unpair device / Unpair this watch at the bottom of the screen
The app will prompt you to access your phone's Bluetooth screen
Access Bluetooth
Find the NOWATCH serial number you want to remove
Tap the gear icon
Select Forget or Unpair
Step 3: Pair the new NOWATCH device via the app
On iOS:
Open the app's Device Details screen.
Tap Connect
Select the NOWATCH serial number of your new device. Don't you know what your serial number is? Access this article to find out.
Tap Pair
On Android:
Open the app's Device Details screen.
Tap Pair new device.
Select the NOWATCH serial number of your new device. Don't you know what your serial number is? Access this article to find out.
