I can’t connect my NOWATCH to a new phone – NOWATCH

In this article, you’ll learn how to disconnect your NOWATCH from your old phone and pair it with a new one.

Scenario 1: You still have your old phone

On your old phone, open the NOWATCH app and go to Device Details > Unpair this watch. This will automatically trigger a factory reset on the watch.
Remove or forget NOWATCH from your old phone's Bluetooth settings.
- On iOS:
  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Bluetooth
  3. Find your NOWATCH
  4. Tap the (i) icon
  5. Select Forget this device

On your new phone, download and open the NOWATCH app.
Go to Device Details > Pair / Connect and follow the on-screen pairing steps.

Manually factory reset your watch:
1. Make sure your NOWATCH has at least 40% battery.
2. Fully close the NOWATCH app on both phones.
3. Place your NOWATCH on the charger.
4. Press and hold the NOWATCH crown. You will feel a vibration pattern.
5. Keep pressing the crown and count internally to 15 seconds after the final vibration before releasing it, to ensure no further vibrations occur. The full vibration pattern must be completed for the reset to work.
6. Remove the watch from the charger and place it on your wrist.
On your new phone, download and open the NOWATCH app.
Go to Device Details > Pair / Connect and follow the on-screen pairing steps.
