If you’re having trouble pairing your NOWATCH with your phone, please go through the checks below.
Your device is charged and ready
Charge your NOWATCH to at least 45%.
Wear the watch snugly on your wrist, positioned above the wrist bone.
Your connection settings are correct
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS or Android device.
Keep your NOWATCH and phone within Bluetooth range.

For Android devices:
Turn on Location.
Ensure all necessary app permissions are granted in your phone’s settings.
If pairing issues continue, restart your phone after installing the app and try again.
Your NOWATCH is not already paired elsewhere
NOWATCH connects to only one phone or app instance at a time.
Check your phone’s Bluetooth settings and confirm the serial number shown matches the one on the back of your NOWATCH.
If you see an old or unmatched NOWATCH serial number, remove or forget it from your Bluetooth list.
If your NOWATCH was previously paired with another phone, perform a factory reset to clear past connections before pairing again.
Friendly reminder: Your NOWATCH can connect to only one phone or app instance at a time.
You're using the latest software updates
Update to the latest version of the NOWATCH app.
Make sure your phone’s operating system is up to date.
