I can’t connect my NOWATCH to a new phone

3. Download the NOWATCH app on your new phone

4. Connect the watch to your new phone via the app

• Go to Device Details > Pair / Connect and follow the on-screen pairing steps.

Scenario 2: You no longer have your old phone

1. Manually factory reset your watch

1. Make sure your NOWATCH has at least 40% battery.

2. Fully close the NOWATCH app on both phones.

3. Place your NOWATCH on the charger.

4. Press and hold the NOWATCH crown. You will feel a vibration pattern. 

5. Keep pressing the crown and count internally to 15 seconds after the final vibration before releasing it, to ensure no further vibrations occur. The full vibration pattern must be completed for the reset to work.

6. Remove the watch from the charger and place it on your wrist.

3. Connect the watch to your new phone via the app
