How to view and update your profile

You can update your personal details at any time to ensure your data and insights remain accurate.

Steps:

1. Open the app and go to the Now tab.

2. Tap Settings (gear icon) in the top left corner.

3. Tap Personal.

4. Select Profile.

5. Review or update the following details:

   1. First name

   2. Last name

   3. Date of birth

   4. Height

   5. Weight

   6. Sex

   7. Units

   8. Watch wrist

   9. Dominant hand

6. Tap Save to confirm your changes.

How to retake the Perceived Stress Questionnaire

Retaking the questionnaire regularly helps track changes in your perceived stress over time and supports more personalized insights.

Steps:

1. Open the app and go to the Now tab.

2. Tap Settings (gear icon).

3. Tap Personal.

4. Select Perceived Stress.

5. Tap Take it again.

Tip: We recommend retaking the questionnaire once per month to monitor trends and progress.
