Learn all about the Check-in feature: why they matter, and how to log, fill in, edit, or delete a check-in.
What the Check-in feature does
The Check-in feature helps you tune into how you're feeling with quick prompts throughout the day to note your emotional and stress state.
Over time, these notes can help you spot patterns and better understand what influences your emotions or stress responses.
Regular check-ins can also help you recognize potential stressors and notice changes in your well-being as they happen.
You can set Check-in vibrations to trigger at random times, or when your stress response lasts longer than a set threshold. Learn more about how they work and how to set them in this article.
