What is the Timeline
The Timeline shows how your data changes throughout the day and over time. It helps you understand patterns in your body’s responses by displaying your physiological data alongside logged activities, sleep, and check-ins.
How to navigate the Timeline screen
To access the Timeline, open the NOWATCH app and tap Timeline (the second tab at the bottom of the screen).
Each metric is displayed as a separate graph. Use the icons below (lightning, heart, steps, and motion) to switch between them.
Explore key metrics

Shows how reactive your body is over time, including balanced states, physical activity, recovery, stress responses, and lower or higher reactivity periods.
