- Reach out if you still have issues
1. Make sure all requirements are covered
Before starting, please make sure:
Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
The watch is charged (above 45%) and on your wrist.
You’ve granted the app all necessary permissions (Bluetooth, Location for Android devices only, and Notifications).
You have the latest version of the NOWATCH app installed.
Your operating system is up to date.
Once all requirements are met, proceed to the next step.
2. Give it a minute
After opening the NOWATCH app, please wait up to one minute for your phone and watch to connect automatically.
- If the app shows “Connected” after that time (you see the green circle at the top right of the Now screen) — great! No further action is needed.
- If it doesn’t, continue with the steps below.
3. Follow these common steps to fix connectivity issues
Reopen the app and wait up to one minute for the connection to re-establish.
If it doesn't connect, under the Now screen, tap the watch icon at the top right (Device Details).
Tap Reconnect and follow the in-app instructions.
-
If it still doesn’t connect,
Force-close the app.
Keep the watch on your wrist.
Reboot your watch by pressing and holding the NOWATCH crown for 12 seconds. You should feel a long vibration, indicating the reboot was successful.
Reopen the app, and up to one minute for the connection to re-establish.
Tap Reconnect under the Device Details screen if it doesn't connect automatically.
What to avoid
Do not delete and reinstall the NOWATCH app. This action won’t fix connectivity issues and may create new problems.
4. Forget the NOWATCH serial number from the phone's Bluetooth settings screen and reconnect via the app
If the common steps don't fix the issue, follow the instructions below:
Open your phone's Bluetooth screen.
Forget your NOWATCH serial number from your phone's Bluetooth settings. If you don't see the serial number, or if you don't see the information (i) next to it, skip this step.
Reopen the NOWATCH app
Tap Device Details (watch-shaped icon at the top right corner of the NOW tab)
Tap Connect.
Follow the in-app instructions to complete the connection between your watch and the app.
