How to read the Stress Recovery chart
Resilient
The blue area represents resilience. It means your body returns to balance quickly, in less than 30 minutes.
Delayed Recovery
The purple area represents a delayed recovery. It means that your recovery takes longer, more than 30 minutes.
Daily Stress Recovery
The grey bars represent your Daily Stress Recovery. It reflects how long your body takes to recover and return to balance each day.
Typical Stress Recovery
Your Typical Stress Recovery (blue and purple line) can show changes over time.
Low Typical (blue line): You’re recovering quickly (under 30 minutes).

High Typical (purple line): Recovery is slower (over 30 minutes).
Typical Recovery Range
The Typical Recovery Range is shown as purple and blue bars. It shows how much your daily recovery varies.
Narrow Typical Range: More consistent recovery, a positive sign.

Wide Typical Range: Inconsistent recovery, suggesting your body may be sensitive to stress.
Wear requirements
You need at least 10 days of wear in the last month to see a Typical Stress Recovery value.
