Learn what Sleep Regularity means, what it tells you, and how to read its chart in the Overview.
What is Sleep Regularity
Sleep Regularity shows how consistently you maintain your bedtime (moon icon) and wake-up time (sun icon). Some variation is normal, but keeping a steady schedule supports your natural rhythm and overall well-being.
Awakenings
They're represented as white lines or dots. Awakenings are the number of times you wake up during the night. Brief awakenings are part of a normal night of sleep, but frequent wake-ups can influence how rested you feel.
Monitoring these patterns can help you understand your sleep quality over time.
