How to forget the watch on Bluetooth

Important

Forgetting your NOWATCH from Bluetooth without performing a factory reset can prevent the watch from reconnecting properly afterward. Only follow these steps if you are instructed to do so as part of a troubleshooting or reset process.

On iOS devices

1. Open Settings on your phone.

2. Tap Bluetooth.

3. Find your NOWATCH in the list of devices.

4. Tap the information (i) icon next to the device name.

5. Select Forget This Device.

This removes your NOWATCH from the Bluetooth list.

On Android devices

1. Open Settings on your phone.

2. Tap Connections or Connected devices, then select Bluetooth.

3. Find your NOWATCH in the list.

4. Tap the gear icon next to the device name.

5. Select Forget or Unpair.

This removes your NOWATCH from the Bluetooth list.
