Report a bug via the Polsen app
For app, software, and firmware-related issues, we recommend reporting directly through the Polsen app. This is the fastest and most effective way to get support, as our technical team automatically receives your device logs, operating system details, app version, and firmware version alongside your report.
Examples of issues to report via the app:
- Connectivity or pairing issues
- Missing or incorrect data
- App crashes or unexpected behaviour
- Firmware update issues
- UX or app interface problems
- Any other software-related bugs
How to report a bug via the app
- Make sure the Polsen app is open

Shake your phone; a pop-up will appear
- Select the type of issue you are experiencing
- A screenshot will be attached automatically. You can also add additional screenshots or screen recordings from your photo library. Provide as many details as possible
- Tap Send at the top right corner.
Our Technical and Customer Care teams will receive your request and aim to get back to you within the next business day.
Good to know: If you're experiencing a connection issue, try to report it once you have managed to reconnect. This ensures all relevant logs are included in your report, helping us investigate more effectively.
