Note: Reflections have been replaced by AI Insights to provide more meaningful and personalized feedback. Instead of daily messages, AI Insights appear when relevant patterns or changes are detected in your data, offering more timely and actionable support based on what’s happening in your body and habits.

What are AI Insights?

Insights is a feature that delivers personalized reports when meaningful patterns or trend changes are detected in your data, especially those that may not be obvious at first glance.

Unlike Daily Reflections, AI Insights are not generated every day. They appear only when relevant changes or emerging trends are identified, ensuring the feedback you receive is timely and truly meaningful.

This approach focuses on quality over quantity, ensuring each insight adds real value to your experience.

Manage Insights

Insights is currently available to Beta users who have enabled Data Sharing. We’re working on making this feature available to all users soon.

To enable Insights

1. Go to the Now tab.

2. Tap Settings (gear icon, top left).

3. Tap Insights.

   

4. Toggle Enable Insights and Insights notifications

   

To disable Insights

1. Go to the Now tab.

2. Tap Settings.

3. Tap Insights

4. Disable both Enable Insights and Insights notifications.
