In this article, you’ll learn what the Overview screen is about, what it shows, and how to navigate it. You’ll see where to find your Awake metrics, Sleep metrics, and Feelings, and what specific metrics you can find within each section.
What is the Overview
The Overview screen gives you a holistic view of your health and well-being by bringing together your daily, weekly, and monthly trends in one place.
It helps you understand how different aspects of your body—such as stress, recovery, activity, sleep, and resting heart rate—change over time, so you can spot patterns, compare days or weeks, and gain deeper insights into your overall balance.
From this screen, you can switch between Awake metrics, Sleep metrics, and your logged Feelings to see how your lifestyle, habits, and daily experiences influence your physical and emotional state.
Each chart highlights key metrics with clear visualizations, descriptions, and easy access to more detailed insights, giving you a better understanding of how your body responds throughout the day and night.

Each metric includes its own chart, with each bar representing a day. You can tap any bar to view detailed data for that day. Some metrics—such as stress—include more than one chart to give you a clearer picture of how your body responds and recovers.
You’ll also find an information (“i”) icon next to each metric; tap it anytime to learn what the metric represents and how to interpret it.
Asleep or moon icon (top-right corner)
Tap the moon icon to view your sleep metrics, such as:
Each sleep metric has its own chart with nightly bars. Tap a bar to open detailed insights for that night and access your Sleep Summary, which breaks down your sleep patterns in more detail.
Information icons (“i”) next to each metric help you better understand what each one means.
Feelings (top-left corner)
Tap the Feelings section to explore how you’ve been feeling emotionally and physically each day. These insights come from your responses to the daily check-in questions:
“How was your day?” (asked in the evening)
“How did you sleep?” (asked in the morning)
Your responses appear as color overlays on the relevant charts.
-
Day responses are shown on Stress Duration, Recovery and Frequency, Activity, and RHR charts
-
Sleep responses appear on Sleep Regularity, Sleep Duration, and HRV charts
Tapping the morning question in the Now tab takes you directly to the Sleep Summary for more detailed insights about your night.
