How to Resolve Data Not Updating Issues

If you're experiencing issues with data not updating on your NOWATCH, follow these steps to get your device syncing properly again.

1. Check Device Pairing

Ensure your NOWATCH is properly paired with the app. To check this, open the app, go to the NOW tab, and tap Settings (the watch icon in the top-right corner). If the device is connected, you’ll see the status ‘Connected’ displayed below the battery icon.

2. Update Firmware and App Version

Keeping your firmware and app up to date is essential for smooth syncing.

  • Firmware: Check your firmware version by opening the NOWATCH app and navigating to Settings → Device Info (iOS) or Settings --> Your NOWATCH (Android). The latest version should be 2024.07.30.1.

  • App: Make sure you’re using the most current version of the NOWATCH app, available on the App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Ensure Sensors Are Active

When you wear your NOWATCH, the green sensors on the back should light up. This indicates that the sensors are functioning correctly and tracking data as expected.
