Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow the product's delivery.
If you need to make changes to your delivery, you can easily manage it through DHL On-Demand Delivery.
You can:
Choose a different delivery day
Update the delivery address (within the same country)
Ask DHL to leave the parcel in a safe place
Have it delivered to a neighbour, reception, or security guard
Pick it up from a nearby DHL Service Point
Put your delivery on hold (up to 30 days, depending on your region)
Questions or issues
DHL always has the most up-to-date information on your delivery, so we recommend checking your tracking link first. If your package is delayed or on hold, we’ll be notified and will take action where needed.
