Where and how to purchase a NOWATCH
You can purchase NOWATCH X, NOWATCH B, and their accessories in the following ways:
Through our webshop
In person at our flagship store
Via authorised third-party resellers
Price
You’ll pay the total amount shown at checkout, in the currency displayed. This price is final and includes shipping, taxes, and any applicable import duties, and there is no subscription required for the app.
Tax
If you reside in a country where VAT applies, it is included in the price you pay at checkout, so there are no charges on delivery.
For customers outside the EU, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so no additional import charges are due upon delivery. The courier acts as the customs broker for your shipment, meaning we handle any hold-ups or additional paperwork on your behalf if required.
Payment methods
All available payment methods are listed below, but availability may vary by region and currency. Your payment options are determined by your shipping address, and some methods may not be available or may require approval.
Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Any valid credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay.
Klarna - Pay Now, Pay Later, and Pay-in-3 (require approval). To use Klarna at checkout, your billing address and shipping address must be in the same country.
iDEAL in the Netherlands.
Please note that payments can’t be split across multiple payment methods.
FSA/HSA accounts
At this time, payments using FSA or HSA accounts are not supported. We’re aware of how important this is to some of our customers, and we're working to make it possible soon.
