In this article, you’ll learn what Flight mode is, why it can be useful, and how to enable or disable it on your NOWATCH.
What is Flight mode
Flight mode (available on iOS only) allows you to turn off Bluetooth transmission from your NOWATCH. This can help reduce EMF exposure and may improve battery performance.
While Flight mode is enabled, your device will stop broadcasting any Bluetooth signals. However, it will continue to collect and store your data locally. Please note that NOWATCH can store up to 24 hours of data. To avoid data loss, make sure to disable Flight mode at least once per day so your data can sync with the app.
How to enable Flight mode
Open the app and go to the Now tab.

Tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top left corner.

Toggle Flight Mode on.

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Tap Turn on Flight Mode to confirm.
How to disable Flight mode
To turn Flight mode off, you must either:
Place your NOWATCH on the charger, or
Perform a factory reset
There is currently no other way to disable Flight mode.
