In this article, you’ll learn which metrics are available when you first start using the app, which ones unlock during your first week, and which become visible over time—so you know what to expect as your data builds.
When you start using the app, some metrics are available right away, while others unlock as your device collects more data.
This gradual rollout helps build reliable personal baselines, so your insights become more accurate and meaningful over time. Consistently wearing your NOWATCH supports this process and unlocks deeper, more personalized insights.
