Log Sleep | iOS

To log sleep, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the NOW tab.

  2. Tap the “+” icon at the bottom right corner.

  3. Select “Log Sleep.”

  4. Adjust the asleep and awake times as needed.

  5. Tap “Save.”

An alternative way to log sleep

  1. Go to the Timeline tab.

  2. Tap the “+” icon at a specific time on the graph.

  3. Select “Log Sleep.”

  4. Tap “Save.”

Why is logging Sleep useful

Manually logging sleep might be useful if you want to prevent a gap in your sleep data from impacting your Sleep Regularity calculation or Reflection reports.

Where to find your Sleep Summary

To view a summary of your sleep, go to the Overview tab and tap on “Asleep” to see your sleep-related metrics.
