You can log a Check-in by pressing the NOWATCH crown once or using the app.

How to log a Check-in in the NOWATCH app

  1. On the NOW tab, tap the 'How do you feel?' card. 

  2. Adjust the sliders to indicate how you feel on two scales:

    • 'Very Calm' to 'Very stressed'.

    • Very Negative to ‘Very Positive’

  3. Select from the suggested feelings. 

  4. Tap ‘Add Details’ to add context. If the option is enabled, the tags are used to personalise your Daily and Weekly Reflections

  5. Review your entry and tap ‘Done’. 

Other ways to log a Check-In

  • Using the crown: Press the NOWATCH crown once.

  • On any Timeline chart, tap the “+” icon at a specific time point, then select ‘Log a Check-In’.

Where to find your Check-In Summary

You can review a summary of your feelings throughout the day in the Overview tab. Tap "Awake" and scroll down to “Check-In Summary.” Tap the open arrow to review past Check-ins.

Check-in Vibration options

To set up Check-In Vibrations,

  1. Tap the NOW tab.

  2. Tap the “+” icon at the bottom right corner.

  3. Select 'Check-In Vibrations'.

  4. Enable 'Prolonged Stress' vibrations and set the duration for receiving alerts when experiencing continuous stress, anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes.

  5. Enable 'Random' vibrations and set how many gentle reminders you'd like to receive throughout the day.

You can disable vibrations from this menu at any time.
