What is the Check-in Feature about
The Check-in feature is designed to support greater awareness of your internal state by encouraging regular moments of self-reflection throughout the day. By noting how you feel, you can begin to recognize patterns over time and better understand what may influence your emotions or stress levels.
Consistent check-ins can help you observe how different situations affect you, making it easier to identify potential stressors and notice shifts in your emotional well-being.

How to log a Check-in
On the NOW tab, tap the Check-in button within the Stress Gauge Overview section.
Adjust the sliders to reflect how you feel on two scales:

Ranging from Very Negative to Very Positive

Check-in Vibrations
Vibrations are a key part of the feature. They make it easy to build the Check-in habit into your routine.
Prolonged Stress Vibrations: These vibrations are body cues to help you recognize when you’ve been under sustained stress for 5 minutes or longer. This can help you reconnect with your body and regulate in the moment.
Random Vibrations: They serve as gentle reminders throughout the day to log a check-in and reflect on how you're feeling in the moment.
Both settings can be enabled simultaneously, helping you build the habit of self-awareness.

How to set up Check-in Vibrations
Go to the Now screen.
Tap Vibrations on the right side of the Stress Gauge overview graph.
A new screen will appear, allowing you to enable or disable Prolonged Stress and/or Random Vibrations.
Prolonged Stress Vibrations: Receive a vibration when stressed for a specific period (from 5 to 20 minutes).
Random Vibrations: Receive a check-in vibration between 9:00 am and 6 pm.
Keep Bluetooth on to receive Prolonged Stress Check-in vibrations.
