Tips for wearing your watch correctly

Regardless of which model you own, always wear the watch as described below:

Wear your watch above your wrist bone, closer to your elbow, not your hand.
Adjust the strap for a snug fit. Secure enough to stay in place, but not so tight that it feels restrictive.
- This helps the sensors at the back of the watch maintain good contact with your skin for the most accurate measurements.
The crown should always point toward the 8 o’clock position, regardless of which wrist you wear it on.
Avoid a strap that is too loose or too tight
During physical activity: Make sure the watch stays in contact with your skin to ensure continuous tracking.
Before going to sleep: Make sure the strap is secure. You naturally move during the night, and a loose fit can affect sensor contact.
In water: If your watch is fully submerged, data may not be collected during that time.
