About this feature
Menstrual cycle tracking is available to iOS users only at the moment. You can choose whether to enable it in Settings.
Cycle tracking helps you better understand your body by connecting your menstrual cycle with your daily health data—so you can gain deeper, more personalised insights.
Your cycle data is personal. We protect it with encryption and never share your health data with third parties. You’re always in control of what you track and who can see it.
For a deeper look at Menstrual Cycle Tracking, we invite you to read our blog.
What does cycle tracking include?
Cycle tracking allows you to log and monitor:
- Period start and end dates
- Cycle length (from the first day of your period to the day before the next one)
- Flow intensity and patterns
Predictions
The app uses your past cycle data to estimate:
- When your next period may start
- When your current period may end
- Your cycle phase estimates, including follicular phase, fertile window, ovulation, and luteal phase
The more cycles you track, the more personalized these estimates can become.
Where to see your predictions
-
Period predictions can appear as empty drops in the Now card and
- Period predictions also appear as red dashed circles in the calendar
- Fertile window is shown in blue in the calendar
-
Ovulation is shown as a blue dashed circle in the calendar
- You can turn period predictions on or off at any time in Settings
- You can also choose whether to show cycle phase estimates in Settings
How predictions work
When you have logged fewer than 6 recent cycles, predictions are based on your initial setup (your selected period length and cycle length).
As you log more cycles, predictions automatically update using your recent data for greater accuracy.
Turning period predictions off will hide and pause period predictions until you enable them again.
