If vibrations don't occur

Your NOWATCH and app must be connected for a vibration to occur.
This means that at the time the vibration is calculated to occur, the connection status on the 'My device' screen should be Connected.

Please confirm that

  • You are logged into your Profile.

  • Your NOWATCH is within Bluetooth range of the NOWATCH app.

  • The NOWATCH app is open or running in the background, i.e. one of the open apps on your mobile device.

  • The app must have been granted all required permissions. For Android, please see here.

  • You are using the latest Android or iOS version of the app, as well as the latest firmware version. See here how to update the firmware.


    Additionally,

  • For a return-to-calm vibration, the return-to-calm vibration option should have been selected.
    A return-to-calm vibration will occur only if the current value and the average value of your stress estimate over the last 5 minutes both exceed the threshold. 

  • For a random vibration, select Random vibrations in the app settings. You can expect random vibrations to occur between 10 am and 8 pm.
