Why you might not see any Sleep data

Here are some possible explanations and solutions to explore if the app is not providing sleep data:

  1. Placement. The way you wear your NOWATCH on your wrist affects the accuracy of sleep tracking. Make sure that

    • NOWATCH snugly and comfortably fits on your wrist.

    • The crown points at 8 o'clock.

  2. Your data is being processed. It may take a couple of hours before you see your last night's sleep data in the NOWATCH app. You can read more about this here.

  3. Data storage. NOWATCH continuously collects data even when disconnected from the NOWATCH app. The collected data is transferred to the app when the connection is restored.

    NOWATCH can store data for about 24 hours.

  4. Data erasure. Please note that collected data is irretrievably erased from your NOWATCH when;

    • a Soft reset takes place, i.e. when you press the crown for ±12 seconds.

    • a Factory reset takes place.

    • the battery drains.

  5. NOWATCH battery. If your NOWATCH battery died during your sleep session or before the collected data was transferred to your smartphone or tablet/iPad, unsynced data is irretrievably lost.
    To prevent this from happening, see below how to:

  6. Software updates. Ensure you are using the latest software, as some app and firmware updates may include fixes for sleep-tracking issues. Check for a pending
