Our Fulfillment team will carefully package your order at the NOWATCH HQ in Amsterdam. Typically, we will hand it to our partners at DHL Express within 2 business days.
Currently, we ship within the European Union and to Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
At this point, Customs regulations prevent us from shipping elsewhere. We are actively exploring the possibility of expanding our shipping destinations to include new countries.

At NOWATCH, we aim to fulfill orders within 2 business days of the purchase date.
Delivery times vary based on your location. On average, orders are delivered within 2-4 business days.
Benelux: Typically, the next business day.
EU & EEA: 2-4 business days.
Switzerland: up to 4 business days.
North America: up to 5 business days.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your track & trace information to monitor your parcel's progress.
