Return Your Order
We strive to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team who will provide you with a return shipping label.
When returning your product, please ensure that it is shipped in its original NOWATCH packaging and that the shipping label is completely visible.
You have two options for returning your package:
Pick-Up: Schedule a DHL Express pick-up here.
Drop-Off: Drop off your package at the nearest DHL Express Service point. Locate your nearest service point here.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. We aim to process all refunds within 2 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
