To obtain warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase.

Please note the following:

• The warranty only applies to defects attributable to the production process or materials used.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear due to daily use.

• The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or negligence and is null and void if unauthorized representatives tamper with the product.
