Sleep Regularity

Sleep Regularity tracks how consistently you maintain your bedtime (moon icon) and wake-up time (sun icon). Occasional changes are normal, but a stable schedule supports your natural rhythm and health. Keeping regular sleep hours is one of the best ways to improve sleep quality.

Awakenings counts the number of times you woke up during the night. It’s normal to have some awakenings during sleep, but frequent wake-ups can affect how rested you feel.

Monitoring awakenings helps you understand sleep quality better.

Sleep Duration

Daily Sleep Duration tracks your total sleep time each night, helping adjust habits for better health. While needs vary, most adults benefit from 7–9 hours.

Typical Sleep Duration shows your Sleep Duration over time.

Consistently getting too little or too much sleep can affect your health. A regular Sleep Duration helps maintain your body’s natural rhythms and overall well-being.

Sleep Stages

Your sleep is made up of four stages: Light, REM, Deep, and Awake — each playing a different role in how rested you feel.

  • Light sleep helps your body start to relax and makes up the largest portion of your night.

  • REM sleep is where most dreaming happens and supports memory, mood, and brain function.

  • Deep sleep is the most restorative stage, important for muscle repair and overall recovery.

  • Awake time includes brief moments of wakefulness during the night, which are totally normal.

The percentages and time durations show how much of your total sleep was spent in each stage.
