Sessions is a tracking feature that allows you to log an activity and track its impact on your physiology and perception of stress.

This feature offers the flexibility to track any activity without imposing a specific goal or time limit helping you uncover what truly works for you.

To start or end a Session,

  • Double-press the NOWATCH crown, or

  • On the NOW tab, tap the Action '+' button, then tap Start/End Session.

In 'My Session' you can Tag the Session, rename it and change the time window.
