Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and you may wish to return it.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Customer Care to request a return label.

2. Pack all items from the shipping list in the original packaging.

3. Hand it to DHL Express

   • Schedule a pick-up here.

   • Drop-off at a Service Point.

We aim to process returns within 2 business days of delivery. Depending on your payment method, refunds are credited within 2–10 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, as outlined in our Purchase Terms & Conditions.
