To obtain warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase. Please note the following:
The warranty only applies to defects attributable to the production process or materials used.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear due to daily use.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or negligence and is null and void if unauthorized representatives tamper with the product.
