Return, Exchange & Warranty

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and you may wish to return it. You can return your NOWATCH for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please

1. Contact Customer Care to request a return label.

2. Pack all items from the shipping list in the original packaging.

3. Hand it to DHL Express

   1. Schedule a pick-up here.

   2. Drop-off at a Service Point.

We aim to process returns within 2 business days of delivery. Refunds are credited within 2–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
