Reset password

Forgot your password? You can reset it and create a new one. Follow these steps on the Login screen.

1. Tap on 'Forgot password?'.
   

2. Enter the email address you used to register for an account with us. You will receive a verification code if the email address is registered.

3. Enter the verification code.
   

4. Enter your new password. The password must meet the criteria for length and complexity.
