Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Klarna: Pay in 30 days, Pay Now, Pay-in-3

  • iDEAL: For customers in the Netherlands only.

Can I pay in USD or other currencies?

All prices are listed in EUR (€). If you're purchasing from outside the Eurozone, your payment will be converted automatically by your bank or payment provider based on the current exchange rate.

Can I pay in installments or monthly payments?

Yes! We offer flexible payment options through Klarna:

  • Pay in 3: Split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments, due every 30 days.

  • Pay later in 30 days: Try it first, then pay the full amount interest-free within 30 days.

  • Or simply pay in full at checkout using your card.

These options make it easier to choose what works best for you.

We currently ship within the following regions:

How long does the shipping process take for NOWATCH X?

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days.

Once shipped, typical delivery times are:

  • Benelux: 1 business day

  • EU & EEA: 2–4 business days

  • Switzerland: Up to 4 business days

  • North America: Up to 5 business days

When will my NOWATCH B arrive if I place a pre-order today?

If you place a pre-order today, your NOWATCH B is scheduled to ship at the end of July.

Klarna payment options are available, but please note that your order will not be delivered until the shipping window begins, even if payment is made earlier.

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes, we do. NOWATCH ships to the United States via DHL Express. Once your order is processed, typically within 2 business days, you can expect delivery within approximately 5 business days.

Is there a return policy if I change my mind after ordering?

Yes, NOWATCH offers a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. If you decide to return your product, please contact Customer Care to request a return label.

Ensure that all items from the shipping list are packed in the original packaging. You can then hand the package to DHL Express by scheduling a pick-up or dropping it off at a Service Point.

Returns are typically processed within 2 business days of delivery, and refunds are credited within 2–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
