What is the NOWATCH Serial Number?
The NOWATCH serial number is a unique code assigned to your individual device. It helps our team identify your exact watch for support, warranty, or service purposes.

Knowing where to find your serial number can be helpful when troubleshooting certain issues, such as connectivity problems, or when contacting our support team.
It can be used for warranty checks, repairs, returns, or tracking.
Meaning of the numbers
The number format is structured as NX: YWWXXXXX, explained below:
Y = Last digit of the production year. For example, for 2025, this would be "5".
WW = Week number of production. For example, "05" indicates week 5.
XXXXX = A rolling number starting from 00001 each week.
