Reboot & Factory Reset

Sometimes, it's necessary to perform a reset on your NOWATCH device. There are two types of resets: a Reboot and a Factory Reset.

A Reboot can be useful for:

  • Troubles with pairing.

  • Checking if the device is out of battery (i.e.; it will not vibrate).

  • Sensors not turning on.

A Factory Reset is needed when:

  • You want to pair your NOWATCH with another mobile device.

  • As a last resort in troubleshooting an issue, as recommended by Customer Care.
